Fees may be paid by standing order, BACS, or Childcare Vouchers/ Tax Free Childcare or Cash and are payable Monthly in advance. 

Budget schemes are in place to spread fee payments out over the year and can be paid by standing order, BACS childcare vouchers, or Tax-Free Childcare.  

If you cancel your standing order you are cancelling your child’s place. 

Parents who are employed may be able to access up to 80% help towards their childcare fees via Working Family Tax Credits or Universal Credits. 

Savings can also be made through Tax and Insurance payments through your PAYE. Your Employer will have to be registered with a childcare voucher scheme to access this. 

Please keep copies of any invoices and receipts to forward to Tax Credits for proof of childcare.  

A deposit of your full sessions is required to secure a nursery place this must be paid before your child starts induction sessions. This amount is then deducted from your first month’s fees upon starting at the setting; fees must be paid monthly in advance.

We charge a fee for food costs for all funded sessions however you are welcome to bring your own food. The food sent must cover all the meals and snack times the child will be present for. 

We do not charge for any consumables. We ask that you provide your own wipes and nappies.
